So a few year back while I was away on another 30 day Digital Detox, I was interviewed by Cuppa with Heather’ for a podcast.  Along with this being a great experience, it instilled how ridiculously accessible these interesting nuggets of info really are. And best of all, you can soak up all the goodness while you turn off the world around you. I know a lot more of you out there are listening to various creative podcasts these days, so here’s my mini-guide!
